Education:  Degree of Bachelor of Arts-University of California (Los Angeles);  Degree of Juris Doctor-Pepperdine University School of Law;  Admitted to California State Bar.

Mr. Berke concentrates his practice on California real estate, HUD work and general business transactions.   Mr. Berke handles conventional loan and transactional work as well as HUD regulatory matters, primarily the closing of HUD insured loans under various HUD Programs, the closing of direct HUD multifamily loans and capital advances under Sections 202 and 811 and closing of loans or grants from California Housing Finance Agency, City of Los Angeles, and other governmental agencies on behalf of owners, contractors and lenders.   Mr. Berke is available to handle insured loans under Sections 221, 236, 223(a)(7), 223(f), closing of direct HUD loans and Transfers of Physical Assets and Section 8 Assignments through various HUD offices.

Mr. Ross concentrates his practice on HUD regulatory matters, primarily the closing of HUD multifamily insured loans under Sections 213, 207, 221, 236, 223(a)(7), 223(f), 232, 234, the closing of direct HUD loans and capital advances under Sections 202 and 811 and the closing of loans or grants from California Housing Finance Agency, City of Los Angeles, and other governmental agencies on behalf of owners, contractors and lenders.  Mr. Ross' practice also includes preparing legal documentation for condominiums, cooperatives, and planned unit development projects on behalf of developers and lenders.
