Mr. Berke concentrates his practice on California real estate, HUD work and general business transactions. Mr. Berke handles conventional loan and transactional work as well as HUD regulatory matters, primarily the closing of HUD insured loans under various HUD Programs, the closing of direct HUD multifamily loans and capital advances under Sections 202 and 811 and closing of loans or grants from California Housing Finance Agency, City of Los Angeles, and other governmental agencies on behalf of owners, contractors and lenders. Mr. Ross' practice also includes preparing legal documentation for condominiums, cooperatives, and planned unit development projects on behalf of developers and lenders.
